Biography
Miguel Cazarez was licensed in November of 2018 after graduating Cum Laude from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. For the past four years, his primary area of practice has focused on motor vehicle accidents, work-related accidents, and general personal injury cases. Prior to attending law school, Miguel graduated from The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Management. While at The University of North Texas, Miguel was elected as the President of the Multi-Cultural Greek Council, spurring a love for serving the community.
As a law student, Miguel was eager to represent the Hispanic legal community and was elected as President of the Hispanic Law Student Association in his final year of law school. Prior to becoming a fully licensed attorney, Miguel joined a Criminal Law Clinic where he represented indigent clients under a student bar card. He was able to assist those in need in Harris County and even had a few felony cases dismissed. After being licensed, Miguel developed a love for jury trials early on, winning his first jury trial with a verdict of roughly $161,000.00. Miguel has tried cases in state courts, in arbitration, and even argued appeals before the United States Court of Appeals. He relishes the opportunity to help those in pain and in need of representation.
